Inizio Atelier's 2025 Company Trip | A Journey of Culture, Connection & Celebration in Japan

At Inizio Atelier, we believe that building beautiful spaces starts with building meaningful relationships—both with our clients and within our team. This year, we took a well-deserved break from the studio to embark on an unforgettable company trip to Fuji and Tokyo, Japan—a place that inspired us with its design precision, calming landscapes, and rich cultural heritage.
A Refreshing Escape to Mount Fuji
Our journey began at the serene foothills of Mount Fuji, where team members were treated to crisp mountain air and breathtaking views. This part of the trip allowed us to disconnect from the fast-paced design world and reconnect with nature—reminding us of the Wabi-Sabi philosophy that often guides our interiors. Next, we explored the vibrant cityscape of Tokyo, where innovation and minimalism coexist in perfect harmony. From wandering through sleek design boutiques to dining in timeless izakayas, every corner sparked new design ideas and deepened our appreciation for thoughtful living spaces.
Strengthening Team Bonds Beyond the Studio
More than just sightseeing, this trip was about team bonding. Whether it was sharing laughs over sushi or capturing candid moments at Shibuya Crossing, our team left Japan with a stronger sense of unity and renewed creative energy for the year ahead.
Memories We’ll Bring into Our Work
As designers, travel is our lens for new perspectives—and this trip was no exception. From Japan’s effortless integration of form and function to its respect for quiet beauty, the lessons we’ve brought home will undoubtedly shape our approach to upcoming projects.
